Grant access to Doxy Rooms by Office Location

Grant access to Doxy Rooms by Office Location

Use department groups to grant staff access to all provider Doxy rooms within a specific location:

1.    Go to Account Settings from the dashboard.

2.    Click Clinic Settings.

3.    Expand the Manage Users section. Search for the admin staff who needs access.

4.    Click Manage group access next to the staff

5. Check the box for all offices staff will need access to.

6. Click the X when done. Selections will automatically save, granting access to all provider Doxy rooms within that location.

Note: To remove access to a location, repeat steps 1-4 and uncheck the department that is no longer needed.
