1. Patients will receive screenings in the Kyruus Previsit automated at the following cadence:

Absenteeism/Presenteeism Questionnaire | Every Visit |
C-SSRS | Yearly |
Tobacco Screening | Yearly |
Alcohol and Drug Screening | Yearly |
2. If the provider decides to send screenings built under the Send Patient Forms section of Kyruus (MDQ, ASRS forms, PHQ-9/GAD-7 outside of the above screening cadence), the patient will receive an additional text prompt to fill out the screening:

4. From the patient’s check-in or Exam screen, select the Kyruus extension on the top right of your screen. For further information on installing and using the Kyruus extension, Click Here.
5. You will select from either the “Forms” dropdown or the “Screeners” dropdown
a. Forms include any custom-requested screenings such as the MDQ and ASRS
b. Screeners include screenings currently embedded in Kyruus (PHQ-9, GAD-7, AUDIT-C, etc)
PHQ-9, GAD-7 will automatically populate results to the Screening section in the exam:
Absenteeism/Presenteeism Questionnaire, Tobacco Screening, and Alcohol and Drug Screening will populate to the Social History section of the chart.
1.The reconciliation of clinical data must be completed for any Kyruus data to file to the athena chart, including the above screening questions
2. Select the chart reconciliation from the History tab.
3. Review the patient’s Kyruus entries.
4. Select Update Chart. Confirm the reconciliation.
