Practice Assistant Workflow:

Supervising LCPC documentation of meetings in athena

·       PrAsst will receive communication about meeting time from the Supervising LCPC

·       An appointment will then be scheduled for the Supervising LCPC patient on the Supervising LCPC’s schedule: 

·       Patient: Supervising, LCPC [Supervising LCPC first name last name] 

·       LCPC appointment type: Supervising Meeting LCPC (30/60 minute durations available)

·       PrAsst will block the time on the LPC schedule under manage appointments

·       LPC appointment type (non-patient): Supervising Meeting LPC

o   LCPC checks in supervising LCPC patient’s appt 

o   Supervising LCPC documents and closes the encounter

LPC Send for Review Workflow:

                o   LPCs will now select the “Send for Review” button instead of Closing the encounter.
