Provider – Consult Schedule
· The following appointment types will be available for initial Spravato Consults:
o New Spravato Consult 60: New-to-Geode patients interested in Spravato.
o Est Spravato Consult 60: Existing Geode patients.
Provider – Consult Reason for Visit
· Select the Spravato Consult under Reason for Visit:
Provider - Ordering:
1. Place one of the following orders in the available “Order sets”:
o Spravato 56 mg (28 mg x 2) nasal spray
o Spravato 84 mg (28 mg x 3) nasal spray
2. Sign the order.
3. The authorization request will be sent automatically to the medical assistant.
4. Document all other information as necessary in the encounter.
Spravato Provider Workflow: Administration
Spravato Administration – Spravato Schedule
· The following appointment types will be available to book on the Spravato schedule:
o Note: Think of this as a schedule for the Spravato chair.
o Appointment type (select the appropriate type for stage of treatment): Spravato 120 Induction, Spravato 120 Initial Maint, Spravato 120 Ongoing Maint
o The MA will change the rendering provider on check-in.
Spravato Administration – Provider Schedule
· The following appointment type hold will be scheduled on the Provider’s schedule. Please note that this is not linked to a patient. The patient’s appointment will reside on the Spravato calendar. This will block your schedule to give you time to meet with the patient at the start of each treatment session and be present when they administer the medication.

Spravato Administration – Clinical Documentation
1. Click in top right corner to begin
2. Select Spravato Administration as the reason for visit.
3. Select the text macro .spravatoadministration in the HPI section of the note:
6. Document all other information as necessary in the encounter:
o The Spravato REMS will be uploaded to link to the encounter. There is no need to duplicate any information that is entered on the Spravato REMS.
7. Click Sign-Off on the top middle-right to begin sign-off:
8. Click the billing tab on the right-hand side:
9. Complete the billing tab:
o Add units and modifiers as necessary.
o
Ensure
a diagnosis code is associated with the CPTs.
10. Click to complete the encounter.
