How to Disable Message Alerts in Geode Clinical Applications
athenaOne Notifications
In the patient Quickview, scroll to the Privacy
section and click “Manage Privacy.” In manage privacy, there is a section
labeled Communicator Automated Messaging Preferences.
You can edit automated message
settings from here:
Note: Preferences
should be used if the Patient does NOT want particular texts.
In the Quickview page, the consent to received
automated texts also needs to be updated in the “Contact List & People with
Portal Access” for the Patient.
Note:
The consent for Texts will be for ALL texts.
Epion Notifications
For Patient preferences
in Epion:

Epion Email
o If the patient wants to unsubscribe to practice emails, they can click
the link at the bottom of the email “Click here to unsubscribe from the
practice’s emails” at any time. (See screenshot below).
Epion Text:

In the text communication, patients
can choose the following options to receive texts (See screenshot below:
o
Stop
o
If they wish to receive texts again at
a later time, they can select “Start” or “Unstop”
Mirah Notifications
For Patient preferences
in Mirah
To disable patient
notifications in Mirah, you will need to disable notifications from the
patient’s account page.

Access the
account from the patient chart> hamburger> third party applications>
Mirah.
·
In the top left
corner you will see the following:
· Click
“Disable Notifications” and you will get the following confirmation:

Birdeye Text:
· In
the text communication, patients can disable texts by texting “Stop” (See
screenshot below):
