Claim Creation Schedule II

Manual claim creation utilizing test patient associated with the MD that does not have a Schedule II appointment scheduled

1.) Search for the MD's supervising patient: For example [ Supervising, MD Firstname ].
      
           

2.) In the Supervising MD Patient Quickview click on "Billing" then "Create New Claim".
            

3.) Add the date of service ( The date of service should reflect the date on the MD's calendar for Schedule II appointment that has not been utilized)
      *Date of service can also be done for date range
            

4.) Update the provider's information to the same Supervising MD test patient name
            

5.) Enter the charges for the claim.
      a.) Procedure Code: MISCSCHII
      b.) Units: Number of units should equal total number of unused slots
      b.) Diagnoses Code: Z049

            

6.) Click on Validate and create claim(s)
